Accessibility and personalised support
To ensure a pleasant and safe stay, our staff regularly receive training on the four types of disabilities. An Easy to Read and Understand (ERTU) welcome booklet is available. Adapted medical equipment (wheelchairs, walking sticks, walkers) is available on request (limited quantity).
For holidaymakers who require additional equipment, such as a hospital bed, we work in partnership with the Hôtel de Ville pharmacy in La Tranche-sur-Mer (02 51 30 47 51). As soon as the pharmacy informs us of the delivery, our team takes care of receiving the equipment and installing it quickly, freeing up the necessary space in the mobile home. We also work in this way with other medical organisations (oxygen, etc.) and welcome nurses and doctors.
The Guide dogs for the blind or assistance dogs Accompanying persons holding a Mobility Inclusion Card (with disability and priority for disabled persons mentions) are welcome in all our premises, including the swimming pool enclosure.
