By choosing to purchase a new or used mobile home, you will benefit from a holiday residence in an environment entirely dedicated to leisure, enjoying access to the swimming pool, play areas, fitness room and catering (€).

For residents, the campsite is open from 28 March 2025 to 28 September 2025. The 2025 rate for the annual rental of a pitch is €3200 per pitch.
The tariff includes access to the various facilities, mandatory checks (excluding air conditioning), seasonal WiFi access valid for 5 devices, and all free park activities.
In addition: the tourist tax (2025 Rate: €0.66 / night from 01/04 to 30/09 for those over 18 only), gas bottles, water consumption (€4/m³)* and electricity consumption (based on the electricity market price)*, shower tokens for the sanitary blocks.
these tariffs are liable to be reviewed depending on changes in energy pricing.

You can install a new mobile home on a plot selected from our long-standing partner RIDEAU, located in VENANSAULT (85), or on other brands of mobile homes, or invest in a pre-owned mobile home that is already installed. The campsite provides a list of available mobile homes and empty plots, or you can request this information by phone on 02.51.30.30.52 or by email.
Before the final purchase of a mobile home, new or used, it is essential to arrange an appointment with a manager to validate your purchase.
