By choosing to purchase a new or used mobile home, you will benefit from a holiday residence in an environment entirely dedicated to leisure, enjoying access to the swimming pool, play areas, fitness room and catering (€).
You can also have fun with our entertainment team during the school holidays.
For residents, the campsite opens on 27 March 2026 until 27 September 2026. The 2026 rate for the annual rental of a pitch is €3,250 for one pitch.
The tariff includes access to the various facilities, mandatory checks (excluding air conditioning), seasonal WiFi access valid for 5 devices, and all free park activities.
Additional costs: the tourist tax (2026 rate: €0.66 / night from 01/04 to 30/09 for those over 18 only), gas bottles, water consumption (€4/m3)* and electricity consumption (depending on the market price of electricity)*, and shower tokens for the sanitary blocks.
these tariffs are liable to be reviewed depending on changes in energy pricing.

You can install a new mobile home on a plot selected from our long-standing partner RIDEAU, located in VENANSAULT (85), or on other brands of mobile homes, or invest in a pre-owned mobile home that is already installed. The campsite provides a list of available mobile homes and empty plots, or you can request this information by phone on 02.51.30.30.52 or by email.
Before the final purchase of a mobile home, new or used, it is essential to arrange an appointment with a manager to validate your purchase.
